Shipping cost depends on your destination. Economy shipping is free to most European countries.

Islands & Remote Areas

Some islands and remote territories may have significantly higher delivery costs that cannot be listed in advance.

If the courier calculates a much higher shipping cost for your address, we will contact you before shipping and offer the following options:

Pay the additional delivery cost
Cancel the order and receive a full refund

This may affect certain islands in France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, or Greece.

United Kingdom Orders

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to 20% UK import VAT and a small customs handling fee. The courier usually collects these charges before delivery.

We are currently registering for UK VAT, which will simplify this for UK customers in the near future.

Returns from the United Kingdom

If you need to return a product from the UK, please get in touch with us before sending the package. We will provide detailed return instructions to ensure the parcel clears customs correctly and avoids unnecessary fees.
