This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Moddify Tech Sp. z o.o.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, pre-orders, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If this happens, we will inform customers through the website or by email.

2. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship orders using FedEx courier services.

Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination country, package size, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas, islands, or special delivery zones.

Any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Tracking Information

Once the order has been shipped, customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the courier collects the shipment.

5. Pre-Orders

Products listed as pre-orders will be shipped according to the estimated availability date shown on the product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items become available, unless agreed otherwise.

Availability dates and shipping estimates for pre-orders may change due to manufacturing or logistics circumstances outside our control.

6. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If a shipment is returned because of incorrect address details, failure to collect the parcel, refusal to pay customs charges, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We may open an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations can take several business days depending on the carrier.

7. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening the package, keep all packaging materials, and contact us as soon as possible.

Damage claims may require cooperation with the courier investigation process.

8. Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other local charges.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

For UK customers, import VAT may be collected by the courier before delivery.
