1) Overview
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on our website and explains how returns, cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are handled. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
2) Return rules
Our default return window is 14 calendar days, starting from the date the item is delivered.
Return rules apply to fulfilled items in an order.
Return shipping cost
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the direct cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. You may be required to provide proof of shipment, such as a tracking number or shipping receipt.
Returning the goods
- You must contact us before the 14-day return window expires.
- You must send the goods back within 14 days from the day you notify us of your return or withdrawal.
- Please return the item in the same condition as received, including all accessories, documentation, and the original product packaging.
- Returns sent without the original product packaging may result in a reduced refund reflecting any diminished value of the goods.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3) EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple consignments, the period expires 14 days after receipt of the final item.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period expires by emailing: shop@titantwoeurope.com
Please include your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Refunds for EU withdrawals
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, if a shipping fee was charged. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we will reimburse only up to the cost of standard delivery.
We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, such as tracking confirmation, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4) UK Customers — 14-day cancellation for distance sales
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom (UK) and purchased online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days beginning the day after you receive the goods, or the final item if delivered separately, without giving any reason.
How to cancel under UK distance selling rules
Email us at shop@titantwoeurope.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Returning the goods from the UK
- You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
- Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, documentation, and original product packaging.
Refunds for UK cancellations
If you cancel in accordance with applicable law, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery, if paid. If you selected a premium delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that they have been sent back, such as tracking confirmation, whichever occurs first.
Important note for UK imports
For UK deliveries, import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees may be charged by the carrier or UK authorities. Such charges are outside of our control and are not refunded by us where they were paid to third parties, such as customs authorities or carriers.
5) Cancellation rules for unfulfilled orders
You may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched.
Cancellation rules apply to unfulfilled items in an order.
To request cancellation, email us at shop@titantwoeurope.com with your order number.
If the order has already been fulfilled, dispatched, or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled under this cancellation rule. In that case, the return rules or your statutory withdrawal/cancellation rights may apply.
6) Final sale items
Some products may be marked as final sale, including products that belong to specific final sale collections.
Customers cannot request returns or cancellations for final sale products, except where required by applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described goods.
7) Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The right to withdraw, cancel, or return may not apply in certain legally permitted situations, including:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Digital content once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent, where permitted by law
- Final sale items, where the restriction is permitted by applicable law
8) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us promptly at shop@titantwoeurope.com. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We may request photos, videos, or additional details to assess the issue.
